Who We Are

This can be with a long dissertation about how we got started and why of all things did we choose what only Philadelphians call Water Ice. But instead, I am only going to give you the dips and scoops.

Valerie the CEO of Choice Water Ice has roots in Philadelphia. Lived there for many years during her childhood and then returned in her adult life. She loved the fruity taste then and decided to take it to Charlotte, NC. During that time, she operated under the name of Bramia's Sweets & Treats and offered Pound Cakes, Cake Pops and Cookies. Not satisfied with her menu she decided to purchase a waterice cart and trailer. That is how the story began. After moving to the Houston Metroplex area once again, she decided to pop the lid off of a container of this Fresh & Fruity Goodness In A Cup, and watch the tongues of many first timers convert from different variations of snow cone and shaved ice to the delectable fruity goodness in a cup provided by Choice Water Ice.

When you see Valerie now, she will be behind a window in her new colorful Mobile Unit waiting to serve you with a cheerful smile.
